  La France se prépare à attaquer un pays pour « punir » son régime a déclaré François Hollande. Rien que ce terme de punir devrait être pris pour suspect et faire réagir n’importe quel démocrate. En démocratie, on ne punit pas, on juge d’abord. Sans doute manque-t-il à notre président quelque culture littéraire.
